Yes. We maintain websites built by other agencies or in-house teams. We start with a technical review to understand the code and infrastructure. For outdated or poorly built systems, we sometimes recommend a technical overhaul first.

How quickly does mindmelt respond to problems?

Within one working day on the Basic and Care packages. Within 4 hours on the Support package. For critical outages - site down - we respond immediately, regardless of package. By email or phone, directly with someone who knows your code.

Is there a minimum term?

No. All mindmelt maintenance contracts are cancellable monthly. No 12-month tie-in, no lengthy notice periods.

How often are backups taken?

Daily backups to a separate server. 30-day backup history. Restoration within 2 hours. Everything runs automatically - nothing for you to manage. If something goes wrong, we restore the last clean version.

Does mindmelt maintain WordPress websites?

Yes. We maintain existing WordPress installations - CMS updates, plugin updates, security patches and backups. As long as the technical foundation is sound, we'll take it on. For heavily outdated or insecure WordPress builds, we sometimes recommend a rebuild instead.

Does mindmelt offer hosting?

Yes. We host on our own infrastructure in Germany (Hetzner, Falkenstein data centre). GDPR-compliant, SSL included, daily backups. Alternatively, we can maintain your site on your own server or with your existing host.
