Case study: executive search firm, Frankfurt

The brief: A 15-strong executive search firm specialising in senior industrial hires. Strong reputation with HR departments, no digital presence. No LinkedIn, no newsletter, a website from 2019 with no content. New business came entirely from personal referrals.

What we did: A full-day workshop with both directors. Outcome: LinkedIn as the primary channel (personal profiles, not the company page), a monthly newsletter to 400 HR contacts, two thought leadership pieces per month for the website.
