What does bespoke web development cost?

Enterprise web development at mindmelt starts from £11,900 net (standard, up to 30 pages, pure CMS). Projects with extended interactivity - forms, filters, search - from £18,900. Enterprise projects with API integration, login area and AI features from £24,900. Smaller development work - individual modules, API connections - is quoted on a time-and-materials basis.

What tech stack does mindmelt use?

PHP, MySQL and REST APIs at the core. Python for automation and data processing. Node.js where real-time matters. Frontend built on HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. No framework religion - we use what solves the problem, not what's trending.

Can you work with our IT team?

Yes. We work alongside in-house IT teams regularly. You get documented code, full API documentation, and we'll work within your Git repository if that suits you. No black boxes.

How long does a development project take?

4 to 12 weeks, depending on scope. An API integration takes 2 to 4 weeks. A client portal 8 to 12 weeks. Automation projects typically 2 to 3 weeks. Before we start, we agree milestones and delivery dates.

Do you offer hosting?

Yes. We host on our own infrastructure in Germany (Hetzner, data centre Falkenstein/Nürnberg). GDPR-compliant, daily backups, SSL included. Prefer your own infrastructure? We can deploy there instead.

Case Study: Industrial Supplier, Rhine-Main Region

The situation: Automotive supplier, 150 staff. Product configurator existed only as a desktop application - field sales couldn't use it. Orders came in by fax and email, entered into SAP by hand.

What we built: A web-based product configurator handling 2,400 variants. REST API to SAP for automatic order import. A dealer portal with individual price lists. Fully responsive - runs on a tablet in the field.
